As our nation’s shelters are overburdened due to increased owner surrenders and longer stays for pets, BISSELL Pet Foundation is sponsoring an “Empty the Shelters” adoption event to more than 345 shelters in 42 states from July 8-31, 2024, including PAWS Atlanta.  As the nation’s largest funded adoption event, “Empty the Shelters” has helped nearly 190,000 pets find loving homes and aims to give holiday hope to many cats and dogs this season. BISSELL Pet Foundation is sponsoring reduced adoption fees of $50 for all adoptable animals at PAWS Atlanta to make adoption affordable for prospective pet owners.
